We want you to use CRM.care because it's genuinely worth paying for, not because you're stuck. Here's how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

On your first paid month, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the first charge — no questions asked, no commitment to explain why. Email us and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.

This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions on Solo, Team, and Growth tiers. The 14-day window is measured from the date of your first paid charge (not from the start of your free trial).

Annual subscriptions after the first month

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day window but before the 12-month term ends, the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period (no refund of the unused portion). You won't be charged again at renewal.

Monthly subscriptions after the first month

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the current billing month.

Service-level credits

If the Service experiences sustained downtime exceeding 24 hours within any 30-day period — confirmed by our status page or our support team — we will, at your request, credit a pro-rated refund of that period's fees.

Edge cases

  • Accidental upgrade. If you accidentally upgrade to a higher tier and notice within 7 days, email us and we'll move you back and refund the difference.
  • Account suspended for terms violation.We don't refund subscriptions terminated for material breach of our terms of service.
  • Dispute / chargeback. Please reach out before initiating a chargeback — we'll almost always resolve it directly and faster than the bank will.

How to request a refund

Email lee@flowolf.ai from the address on your account, with your workspace name and the reason (or no reason — that's fine too, within the 14-day window). We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued via Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method. Bank-side processing typically takes another 3–10 days depending on your card issuer.
